Sending Fulfillment Confirmation Messages
Stay connected with customers by sending an automatic confirmation email when an order status is updated to FULFILLED. This message reassures customers that their order is complete and has been shipped.
How It Works
- Navigate to Orders: From your Admin Dashboard, go to the orders section and select the order to update.
- Update to FULFILLED: Change the order’s status to FULFILLED from the dropdown menu, and save.
- Customize and Send: A pop-up will appear where you can add shipping carrier and tracking details as well as an optional personal note to your customer. Check the box if you’d like a copy of the email for your records.* You will not have the option to get a copy this email for yourself later after it is sent.
We highly recommend including a tracking number and carrier details, so customers can track their orders in real time. This information is saved in the order details for future reference.
