How to Cancel and Refund an Order

As a seller on Nourysh, you can cancel orders directly through your dashboard. For processing refunds, however, our support team is here to assist. Follow these steps for a smooth cancellation and refund process.

Canceling an Order


  1. From your left-hand navigation panel, go to Orders to see your full list of transactions.
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel, and update its status.

Once you've canceled an order, it’s time to request the refund.

Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@nourysh.com with the following details:

  • Customer’s Name
  • Order Date and Order Number
  • Refund Amount

Our team will handle the refund promptly. Including complete details will help us process your request accurately.

Refund Fee Details


Please note that a small “restocking” fee applies to all refunds. This 2.99% fee (plus $0.31) covers transaction costs associated with our payment processor, Stripe. Nourysh does not retain any portion of this fee.
