Contacting Nourysh Support

If you cannot find the answer you need in the Nourysh help articles, you can reach out to the support team at: support@nourysh.com

From your shop's admin page, you can click on your shop name in the bottom left of the screen, click on "Chat with Support" and you can send an email.

When sending an email outside of the admin page, sending from your Nourysh shop admin email account is preferred as your shop info will be generated automatically for the support team.


Support is available Mon-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Responses may take up to 24 hours during business days and longer on weekends. However, rest assured a support team member is monitoring on weekends for urgent issues.


*If you are a customer with a seller issue, please contact that seller directly. That seller will contact support if there is a technically issue to be resolved.
